Duane & Tamara Siemens
|
Duane and Tamara have been serving in full-time ministry for 18 years. They’ve been happily married for 19 years and have 3 incredible sons, Braden (16), Caleb (13), and Joel (10).
Duane was born and raised in a Christian home here in Winnipeg. After a period of wayward living as a teenager, Duane came into a greater revelation of the power and presence of God. In 1989, he began training and preparation which led to becoming the youth pastor of Waves of Glory Church, and then onto being the associate pastor. In 2003, Duane, along with Tamara, founded Harvest Family Church. Along the way, Duane has been used mightily of the Lord in many different areas of ministry, along with traveling internationally. Duane has a strong prophetic voice, and great love to see people realize their full potential in Christ. In his spare time, Duane enjoys traveling, finer foods of life, and is an avid sports and Calgary Flames fan. Tamara was born and raised in Winnipeg, in a pastor’s home. In 1987, Tamara attended CFNI Bible School in BC, which further prepared her for the many areas of ministry she has been used in over the years. Tamara has a passionate heart to see people walk in freedom concerning finances, family relations, and the revelation of the Father’s heart. In her spare time, Tamara is an avid fitness/nutrition enthusiast, along with spending quality time with her family.

Russ & Brenda Alder

Russ and Brenda have been in ministry for 20+ years, and have been attending Harvest since January of 2004. Recently ordained as pastors, they oversee many areas of equipping and training here at Harvest. Russ and Brenda are part-owners of Alder Glass & Aluminum here in Winnipeg. Russ flows strongly in teaching faith and healing to the body of Christ, which made it a natural fit for him to lead Harvest’s School of Ministry. In his spare time, he enjoys muscle cars, reading, and God-time in his hammock. Brenda’s heart is all about the Father’s love. Her desire to see others find themselves in Father God’s arms and rest in His love has led to her becoming the Soaking Prayer Centre leader. In her spare time, Brenda enjoys garage-saleing, reading, and gardening. They’ve been married for 24 years, and have one daughter, Erinn.

Jason & Christine Johnson

Jay and Christine have been with Harvest since 2004 and have never looked back! They were both born and raised in the prairies but met at Christ for the Nations Institute in British Columbia and have been married since 1998 and have two beautiful girls, Hannah (9), and Jennah (6). The Lord called them back to Manitoba in 2003 and they packed up their lives and moved in faith to Manitoba under His leading leaving all friends and family in BC. Sovereignly, Jesus connected them with Harvest and immediately they knew it was home. Since then, they’ve both been active in ministry here at Harvest in many areas. In 2005, Jay began the Edge Youth and in 2006 was able to come on staff full time as the Youth Pastor along with co-ordinating our Young Adults, Children’s, and graphic design ministries. Jay also has a passionate heart for worship and drums on our worship team. His sense of humour and his creative communication abilities relate well to people of all ages. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, music, movies, and just a hint of x-box! Christine’s heart and passion for the lost, along with her infectious smile and bubbly personality makes it a natural fit as she co-pastors the youth and young adults with Jason. For fun, she loves being with her family, collecting llama stuff, and reading.
